• Deliveries Glossary

• First-class	Delivery in 2 to 3 days.	Sending a package using first-class is cheaper than express.
  Returned mail	Mail that is sent back to the sender or post office.	We received a lot of returned mail after the campaign.
  Packing list	A detailed list of a package's contents.	Check the packing list to make sure the shipment is complete.
  Address	Details of where somebody lives or works and where deliveries can be sent.	Make sure you write your address on the envelope.
  Zip code/postcode	A group of numbers that shows a specific postal delivery area.	I always forget what my zip code is when I go to the post office.
  Addressee	The person that a letter or package is addressed to.	Who is the addressee for that package?
