  -You can't pay your bill with a credit card because we only accept cash.

• Negative Questions	Answers
  Why won't the bank give Josh a home loan?	The bank won't give Josh a home loan because his credit score isn't high enough.
  Why shouldn't you carry a lot of cash in your wallet?	You shouldn't carry a lot of cash in your wallet because you might get robbed!
  Who can't open a savings account? *	People under the age of eighteen can't open a savings account.

• *Remember! 'Who' functions as the subject in an information question.
