Other Uses of So/Such...That
- Use so that to explain why someone did something.-I left for work early so that I could avoid traffic.(Why did I leave for work early? To avoid traffic.)
- Use such...that with only a noun. This form often expresses someone's opinion. An adjective is not necessary.such + noun + that*The restaurant was such a disappointment that I won't go back.*Remember! You can also use this form without that.-The restaurant was such a disappointment.

I sleep with a light on so that I don't have nightmares. Alex wakes up early so that he has time to work out. The aquarium is such fun that I visit it once a week. Al is such a cheater that no one plays cards with him.
