Extreme Adjectives
- Some adjectives have degrees or levels. These adjectives are often paired with adverbs to show the level of what they describe. When this type of adjective is paired with extremely, we can use an extreme adjective instead.extremely + adjective = extreme adjectiveIt's extremely cold in here. = It's freezing in here.Be careful! There are special rules for extreme adjectives.1. Do not use them with comparatives and superlatives.
