Adjectives
- Adjectives are words that describe a noun or pronoun in more detail. There are two rules for adjective placement:
1. An adjective can go before the noun it modifies.-Matt has an expensive car.2. Adjectives can also go after linking and sense* verbs.-Her house is big.-The cake smells delicious.*Remember! Common linking verbs include be, become, and seem. Common sense verbs include taste, smell, and feel. - Click on the play button to hear the audio
